- Personnel at all locations to keep the shuttle schedule
running smoothly, on time and to keep attendees informed
- Complete Signage on buses and schedules
posted in all locations for attendees reference. If the service
includes hotels,
we color-code routes for easy identification and
speedy dispatching to all hotels from the convention center.
We feel signage
is all important, and is always displayed professionally.
- Radio and Cellular Phone communication between
buses, hotels, and convention center.
- Uniformed staff - our staff is always dressed
professionally in uniform or to fit the theme of your convention.
- Contact - we maintain contact with hotels
and convention center to insure that all all who need to be
informed of
shuttle times, dates and needs will be informed.
We also maintain contact with regard to room block pick-ups
- with
this knowledge we can order the proper equipment
or change equipment orders as needed and approved.
- Clean equipment - guaranteed total clean equipment to adequately
move attendees as many times a day as necessary.
- Service schedule - our normal schedule will guarantee service
every ten to fifteen minutes throughout your shuttle hours,
however this can be adjusted to your specific needs - whether
they require more frequent or less frequent service.
